Not a bar. An experience that happens to have one.

Anyone can pour. We design the hour. A styled bar that belongs in your space. Syrups made from scratch. Garnishes you'll photograph before you drink.

And a surprise in every drink—one detail we don't tell you about until your guests find it. We arrive early. We leave it spotless. You never touch a thing. You choose the bottles. We build the night around them.

Four steps. That's the whole thing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the event

    Date, headcount, address, vibe.

  2. 02

    We design the menu

Signature cocktails built around your event. You approve every one.

  3. 03

    You shop, we guide

We send you an exact list—brands, bottles, quantities. You buy it. You own it.

  4. 04

    We handle the rest

Setup, service, breakdown. You're a guest at your own party.

Built around your night.

Designed around your guest list, your space and your taste. You choose the bottles. We build the rest.

Answered.

  1. Experiences run from $1,250 to $5,400, depending on your guest list and the night you build. Tell us the date, headcount and place, and your proposal arrives within 48 hours with every line itemised.

  2. No—and that's deliberate. California law makes host-supplied alcohol the cleanest way to do this. You buy it, you own it, you keep what's left. We send you an exact shopping list so it's effortless.

  3. We'll tell you precisely. Our planning tool works from your guest count, service length, and menu—down to the bottle.

  4. 30 miles from El Dorado Hills is included. Beyond that, $3 per mile, measured one way. Tahoe, Napa and the Bay Area are quoted individually, and we love those events.

  5. Your team scales with your guest list, and it is already in your price. Up to 50 guests is a lead bartender. 51 to 75 adds a barback. 76 to 100 is two bartenders and a barback.

  6. Shatter-resistant drinkware, chosen for guest safety and styled to match your bar.

  7. 6–8 feet behind the bar, 3–4 feet of clearance in front, and a flat surface. That's it. No power required unless we've discussed it.

  8. A 40% retainer and a signed agreement. Balance is due 14 days before.

The night is the point.

Gerald, founder and lead bartender at VIBZ

A fishing village in South India. Two decades in America. Curious, restless, always building something.

Snowboards, bikes, boats. I've spent my life chasing movement, and a good bar does the same thing—it gets a room moving. People lean in. Strangers talk. The night finds its rhythm.

Ten years behind bars I set up myself. Team offsites, birthdays, friends' kitchens at midnight. Formal training at Cocktail Camp, the bartending school in San Francisco, because I wanted to know why things worked, not just that they did.

Syrups made the day before. A garnish nobody mentions until they find it. We get one life, and I'm not interested in doing this halfway.

Everything else I know came from people who had no reason to teach me and did anyway. This industry is more generous than it has any right to be.

But the craft isn't the point. The night is. I'd like to build yours.

— Gerald
